Please read these Terms of Service carefully before purchasing from or using the Reflejos website. By placing an order or using our website, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms.

2. ELIGIBILITY
By using our website, you represent that you are at least 18 years of age, or that you have the consent of a legal guardian. You also confirm that you are not purchasing goods for commercial resale without our prior written consent.
3. ORDERS AND CONTRACT FORMATION
Placing an order on our website constitutes an offer to purchase. A binding contract is formed only when we confirm the order by sending you an order confirmation email. We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order at our sole discretion, including in cases of:
— Pricing errors or inaccuracies on the website.
— Unavailability of the product.
— Suspected fraudulent activity.
— Failure to satisfy our verification requirements.
In the event of cancellation, any payment received will be fully refunded.
4. PRICES AND PAYMENT
All prices are displayed in Euros (€) and are inclusive of applicable VAT where required. Shipping costs are displayed separately at checkout.
We accept payment via the methods listed at checkout. All transactions are processed securely. We do not store your full payment card information.
We reserve the right to update prices at any time. The price applicable to your order is the one displayed at the time of placing your order.
5. PRODUCT DESCRIPTIONS AND AVAILABILITY
We make every effort to display our products accurately. However, due to the handcrafted and artisanal nature of our jewellery, slight variations in colour, texture, and finish may exist between items and screen representations. These variations are not considered defects.
All products are subject to availability. We reserve the right to limit quantities or discontinue products without prior notice.
6. CUSTOM AND PERSONALISED ORDERS
Orders for custom or personalised pieces are made to the customer's specific requirements and, once confirmed, cannot be cancelled, returned, or exchanged. Customers will be asked to confirm all specifications before production begins. Reflejos is not responsible for errors in specifications provided by the customer.
7. SHIPPING
Shipping terms are governed by our Shipping Policy, which forms part of these Terms. Risk of loss and title for items purchased pass to you upon delivery by PostNL to the delivery address provided.
8. RETURNS AND REFUNDS
Returns and refunds are governed by our Return Policy, which forms part of these Terms. We encourage you to read the Return Policy in full before placing your order.
9. STATUTORY CONSUMER RIGHTS
As a consumer residing in the European Union, you are entitled to statutory rights under EU and Dutch consumer protection law, including but not limited to the EU Consumer Rights Directive (2011/83/EU) and the Netherlands Civil Code. Nothing in these Terms limits or excludes your statutory rights as a consumer.
10. INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY
All content on this website — including photographs, designs, graphics, text, and the Reflejos brand name and logo — is the intellectual property of Reflejos and is protected under applicable copyright and trademark law. You may not reproduce, distribute, or use any content from this website without our prior written permission.
11. LIMITATION OF LIABILITY
To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, Reflejos shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from the use of our website or products.
Our total liability to you for any claim arising in connection with an order shall not exceed the amount paid by you for the relevant order. This limitation does not apply to cases of death or personal injury caused by our negligence, fraud, or where liability cannot be excluded by law.
12. GOVERNING LAW AND JURISDICTION
These Terms are governed by the laws of the Netherlands. Any disputes arising from these Terms or your use of our website shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts in the Netherlands, without prejudice to your rights as a consumer under applicable EU law.
