SHIPPING POLICY

All Reflejos orders are shipped from our studio in Weesp, Netherlands. Please read the following information carefully before placing your order.
1. SHIPPING DESTINATIONS
Reflejos currently ships to European countries only. We do not ship outside of Europe at this time.
We ship to all European Union member states:
Austria, Belgium, Bulgaria, Croatia, Cyprus, Czech Republic, Denmark, Estonia, Finland, France, Germany, Greece, Hungary, Ireland, Italy, Latvia, Lithuania, Luxembourg, Malta, Netherlands, Poland, Portugal, Romania, Slovakia, Slovenia, Spain and Sweden.

2. PROCESSING TIME
All orders require a processing time of 3 to 5 business days before shipment. This includes quality inspection, careful packaging, and dispatch preparation.
Processing times may be extended during:
— Holiday periods and seasonal promotions.
— Orders for custom or personalized pieces, which may require additional production time. Estimated timelines will be communicated at the time of purchase.
— Periods of high order volume.
You will receive an email confirmation with a tracking number once your order has been dispatched.
3. SHIPPING CARRIER
All orders are shipped via PostNL, the Netherlands' national postal service. PostNL offers reliable tracked delivery across Europe. Depending on your country, your parcel may be handed over to the local national postal service upon entry.
4. ESTIMATED DELIVERY TIMES
Estimated delivery times after dispatch (in addition to processing time):
— Netherlands: 1–2 business days
— Rest of Europe: 2–9 business days
These are estimated timelines provided by PostNL and are not guaranteed. Reflejos is not responsible for delays caused by the carrier, customs clearance, local postal services, or force majeure events.
5. ORDER TRACKING
Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with your PostNL tracking number. You can track your parcel directly on the PostNL website or through the tracking link provided in the confirmation email.
6. SHIPPING COSTS
Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on the destination country and the weight of the order. Any applicable shipping promotions or free shipping thresholds will be displayed on the cart and checkout pages.
7. CUSTOMS AND DUTIES
For destinations within the European Union, no customs duties apply as shipments originate from the Netherlands (EU member state).
For destinations outside the EU (e.g., Switzerland, Norway, United Kingdom), customers may be subject to import duties, taxes, or customs fees charged by the destination country. These charges are the sole responsibility of the customer. Reflejos has no control over these charges and cannot predict their amount. We recommend contacting your local customs office for further information.
8. LOST OR DAMAGED PARCELS
If your parcel appears to be lost or arrives damaged, please contact us at contact@reflejos.nl within 7 days of the expected delivery date. We will investigate the issue with PostNL and work to find the best resolution for you. Please retain all original packaging if the item arrived damaged, as photographic evidence will be required.
9. INCORRECT SHIPPING ADDRESS
Please ensure your shipping address is complete and correct at the time of checkout. Reflejos is not responsible for parcels undelivered or returned due to an incorrect address provided by the customer. If a parcel is returned to us due to an incorrect address, the customer will be responsible for the cost of re-shipment.
